For purposes of the Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children <br />Task Force (WA ICAC TF) <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: This Interagency Agreement is entered into by and between the <br />Washington State Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force (WA ICAC TF), acting <br />through the City of Seattle Police Department and Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office <br />(Affiliate Agency) acting through its duly authorized representative. <br /> <br /> <br />INTERACTION: This Agreement was reviewed and approved by the Kittitas County <br />Prosecutor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION Request to Approve Resolution Authorizing Execution of an <br />Interagency Agreement between The Seattle Police Department and The Kittitas County <br />Sheriff’s Office. <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return one signed Resolution to the Sheriff's Office. <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Chief Deputy Kokjer
