KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />COMMISSIONERS' AUDITORIUM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 109 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />WEDNESDAY 1 8:04 AM September 4, 2024 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Vice -Chairman Laura Osiadacz, and <br />Commissioner Cory Wright. <br />Others: Sheriff Clay Myers, Chief Deputy Darren Higashiyama, Law Enforcement Clerk Isabella Proctor <br />(note taker), Public Works Finance Manager Reid Burbank, Public Works Director Joshua Fredrickson, <br />and Facilities Director Patti Stacey. <br />Current Status & Finance on EOC - Action Requested : Finalizing with City of Cle Elum FPA — Tree <br />removal, site designed, and permints. <br />- Approximatly $600,000-$700,000 to clear trees & dirt — planned for spring time <br />- Approximatly $1.2 Million for shell & footprint of building <br />- $150,000 waiting on reimbursment <br />- Sheriff's office will match $300,000 <br />No action was taken.
