BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS COUNTY <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO.________________ <br /> <br />Resolution Setting Fees for EV Charging Stations <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The Kittitas County has constructed a new parking lot on the corner of Water and West 7th <br />Avenue; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: As part of the project the County was required under the energy code and as part of our <br />building permit to install EV Charging Station for use by the public; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: The cost for the electrical power, maintenance and depreciation of the charging stations <br />needs to be covered by user fee; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: These charging stations are the first to be installed by Kittitas County and a new fee <br />structure is required to be put into place; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS: It has been determined that the cost to cover the service would need to be $0.33/kW used. <br /> <br />NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED: That the Board of County Commissioners does hereby adopt <br />the following Fee of $0.33/kW for the EV Charging. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Dated this _____ day of September 2024 <br /> BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY WASHINGTON <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Brett Wachsmith, Chairman <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Laura Osiadacz, Vice Chairman <br /> <br /> <br /> ____________________________________ <br /> Cory Wright, Commissioner <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br /> <br />_______________________ _________________________________ <br /> Douglas R.
