SEPTEMBER 3, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz & Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT - NONE <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending August 30, 2024. <br /> <br />SPECIAL EVENT TARP – IT - RAVET COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve a Special Event Application to <br />hold the Tarp-It Inc. Company Party on September 24, 2024, from 5:00 <br />p.m. to Midnight; & granting a request for a waiver of Kittitas <br />County Code Chapter 5.20.100 – Penal Bond – Bond of Indemnity and <br />Chapter 5.20.160 – Closing Hours; and conditioned upon meeting the <br />requirements from Public Works and the Fire Marshal. <br />Vice-Chairman Osiadacz seconded.
