AUGUST 5, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Shelise Smithgall, Administrative Assistant; Patti Stacey, <br />Facilities Director; Casey McFarlane, Project Manager; Brian <br />Carlson, Budget & Finance Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING LOWER COUNTY TRANSFER STATION SOLID WASTE <br /> <br />At 3:30 p.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened a Special Meeting with Solid <br />Waste to discuss the Lower County Transfer Station Project. <br /> <br />Solid Waste Facilities Director, Patti Stacey, introduced her new <br />Kittitas County employee, Casey McFarlane, Solid Waste Project <br />Manager. <br /> <br />Ms. Stacey updated the Board on the bids received for the Lower <br />County Transfer Station relocation project. She provided the Board <br />with two handouts containing information on Bid Schedule options and <br />four different project plan options based on financing procured for <br />this project.
