BOARD OF COI.INTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />t+uRESOLUTION NO. 2024 <br />AUTHORIZING THE CHAIR'S SIGNATURE ON THE X'IRST AMENDMENT TO THE <br />COMMERCIAL BUILDING SUBLEASE AT BOWERS F'IELD <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County entered into a commercial lease agreement on October 18,2022 <br />with Airport Holdings LLC; and <br />WHEREAS: The commercial lease is to provide office and hangar space within the <br />aeronautical facility to the Airport Division of Public Works; and <br />WHEREAS: Modifications were made during construction to the office and hangar layout to <br />meet current building code; and <br />WHEREAS: A lease amendment is proposed to reflect the actual area within the building <br />being leased and occupied by the Airport Division. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best <br />interest of the public, does hereby authorize the Chair's signature on the First <br />Amendment to the Commercial Building Sublease at Bowers Field. <br />DATED on this 6th day of August 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />BOARD OF COI.INTY <br />COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COI.INTY ,w <br />Board- Julie Kjorsvik <br />ice-Chairman <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />Wright, Commissioner
