KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: August 20, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />Request to Approve a Request for Proposal (RFP) and a Request to <br />Publish Public Notice for the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and <br />Chemical Dependency Tax Grant <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> KCPHD, in partnership with the 1/10th of 1% Mental Health and <br />Chemical Dependency Tax Advisory Board have been working on <br />standardizing the RFP process and documents. These documents are <br />ready to be published for the second round of proposals. <br /> <br />The Public Notice will be published in the Daily Record and Northern <br />Kittitas County Tribune on August 29, 2024, and again in The Daily <br />Record on September 4, 2024. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> These documents have been reviewed by Kittitas County Prosecuting <br />Attorney’s Office and members the 1/10th Advisory Board. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATIONS: <br /> <br />Approve the Request for Proposal (RFP) for the 1/10th of 1% Mental <br />Health and Chemical Dependency Tax Grant <br />Approve Request to Publish Public Notice for the RFP <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Copy – Erin Moore, Kittitas County Public Health <br /> <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Public Notice <br />RFP Packet (Guidelines, Application, and Attachments) <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: <br /> Erin Moore, Kittitas County Public Health Department <br /> <br /> <br />
