Kittitas County <br />Public Health Department <br /> <br />Agenda Staff Report <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />August 20, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and HopeSource for SFY 2025 Supplemental Consolidated Homeless Grant <br />Funding. (Effective dates: July 1, 2024-June 30, 2025) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The agreement is made by and between Kittitas County and HopeSource for SFY 2025 <br />Supplemental Consolidated Homeless Grant Fund to fund homelessness crisis response system <br />and to assist people who are experiencing or at risk of homelessness to obtain or maintain <br />housing in both Adams and Kittitas County as noted in the scope of work (Exhibit A). <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 8/5/2024. <br />Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 8/6/2024. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approve the Professional Services Agreement between <br />Kittitas County and HopeSource for SFY 2025 Supplemental Consolidated Homeless Grant <br />Funding.
