KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: August 20, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to replace four cameras in the <br />Jail. <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the <br />BOCC on May 7, 2024. However, the cost did not include the sales tax. Therefore, an <br />updated Professional Service Agreement indicates the total cost of $10,704.50 to replace <br />the 4 dead cameras onsite (in the Jail), this includes removing and replacing of the <br />existing cameras and mounting hardware, as well as install, aiming, programming, and <br />configuring of the new cameras. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited to replace four cameras in the <br />Jail. <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff's Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
