KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: August 20, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited for camera replacement at the <br />Public Health Building. RFP for CCTV camera upgrade at Public Health. <br />BACKGROUND: The original Professional Service Agreement was approved by the <br />BOCC on June 4, 2024. However, the cost did not include the sales tax. Therefore, an <br />updated Professional Service Agreement indicates the total cost of $56,488.32 for the <br />camera replacement by AEU for the Public Health Building. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and <br />approved. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement <br />between Kittitas County and Accurate Electric Unlimited for camera replacement at the <br />Public Health Building. RFP for CCTV camera upgrade at Public Health. <br />HANDLING: Return one fully executed original to the Sheriff's Office. <br />LEAD STAFF: Command Staff <br />
