AUGUST 6, 2024 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith and Vice-Chairman <br />Osiadacz. Excused: Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk of the Board; Mandy Buchholz, Office <br />Administrator; Cameron Curtis, Engineer; Stephanie Hartung, Chief <br />Civil Deputy Prosecutor; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director; <br />and 2 members of the public. <br /> PUBLIC HEARING BLACK HORSE AT WHISKEY CREEK PUBLIC WORKS <br />At approximately 2:00 p.m. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH opened a Public <br />Hearing continued from July 16, 2024, to consider the Infrastructure <br />and Phasing Agreement for the remaining development phases for Black <br />Horse at Whiskey Creek Plat. He noted the record was open. <br /> JOSH FREDRICKSON, PUBLIC WORKS DIRECTOR, reviewed a Staff Report and <br />indicated DR Horton and Public Works have finalized the actions and <br />timelines associated with meeting Preliminary Plat conditions for <br />the remaining phases of Black Horse at Whiskey Creek plat. He said <br />the Infrastructure and Phasing Agreement has been reviewed by both <br />DR Horton and the Prosecutor’s office and was ready for the Board’s <br />consideration. <br /> THERE BEING NO ONE REQUESTING TO TESTIFY, THE PUBLIC PORTION OF THE HEARING WAS CLOSED. RESOLUTION 2024-135 BLACK HORSE AT WHISKEY CREEK PUBLIC WORKS VICE-CHAIRMAN OSIADACZ moved to approve Resolution No. 2024-135, <br />Authorizing a Development Agreement between DR Horton and the <br />Kittitas County Public Works for the Completion of Preliminary Plat <br />Conditions for the Black Horse at Whiskey Creek Plat. CHAIRMAN WACHSMITH seconded.
