BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2024- <br />AMENDING THE EXISTING AGREEMENT BETWEEN COMPREHENSIVE HEALTH <br />CARE AND KITTITAS COUNTY ON BEHALF OF THE KITTITAS COUNTY SHERIFF <br />WHEREAS, Comprehensive Healthcare hereinafter referred to as <br />"COMPREHENSIVE", 707 N. Pearl Street Suite K, Ellensburg WA 98926 and Kittitas <br />County (COUNTY) on behalf of the Kittitas County Sheriff for the benefit of the Kittitas <br />County Jail (KCJ) have previously entered into a contract for mental health services within <br />KCJ; and <br />WHEREAS, the Sheriff has been awarded additional funding to supplement the <br />mental health resources in KCJ, and <br />WHEREAS,; COMPREHENSIVE is willing and able to provide an additional Mental <br />Health Counselor for KCJ, and <br />WHEREAS, the approval documents and related fiscal materials including an <br />amended contract are attached hereto and incorporated by this reference; and <br />WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners concur in the proposal; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AND IT IS HEREBY ORDERED, the Board <br />of County Commissioners approves the contract and this resolution on behalf of the Sheriff. <br />ADOPTED this day of 2024. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chairman <br />Vice -Chairman <br />Commissioner <br />RESOLUTION <br />
