JULY 01, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz; Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Shelise Smithgall, <br />Administrative Assistant; Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy <br />Prosecutor and two members of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher, Commented on the Grants Pass ruling that came out, He <br />said the Board doesn’t not have to do anything. He asked where is <br />the record, as its not on the County website or the City’s and <br />stated his application is missing. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending June 28, 2024. <br /> <br />DISCUSSION JOINT CITY / COUNTY CWU BILL COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator, requested the Boards direction <br />on how they would like to proceed with payment to CWU for the Joint <br />City/County Sleep Center Meeting on June 13, 2024. She stated that <br />the City reached out and proposed splitting it, or the County does <br />one and the City of Ellensburg picks up the bill for one as they <br />anticipate one more meeting at least. The Board opted to split the <br />bill with the City of Ellensburg.
