KITTITAS COUNTY <br />SHERIFF'S OFFICE <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: July 2, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Acknowledge FFY22 EMPG (Emergency <br />Management Performance Grant) Agreement E24-339. <br />BACKGROUND: The purpose of the FFY22 Emergency Management Performance <br />Grant (EMPG) program is to award funds to states to assist state, local, territorial, and <br />tribal governments in preparing for all hazards through sustainment and enhancement of <br />those programs as described in the Work Plan. <br />INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office has reviewed and approved <br />the FFY22 EMPG Grant Agreement. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Request to Acknowledge FFY22 EMPG (Emergency <br />Management Performance Grant) Agreement E24-339. <br />HANDLING: No handling. <br />LEAD STAFF: Chief Deputy Darren Higashiyama <br />
