Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br /> <br />“Building Partnerships – Building Communities” <br /> <br />BOCC AGENDA <br />STAFF REPORT <br /> <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: June 18, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: BOCC Signature of mylar granting final approval for the Suncadia Social Plat (LPF- <br />24-00001 & LP-23-00004). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: The Preliminary Plat was approved on April 16, 2024 through Resolution No. 2024- <br />064. The plat covers approximately 11.29 acres accessed via Suncadia Trail and <br />Bigg Hill Drive. <br /> <br /> The applicant submitted the final plat application on April 24, 2024, requesting final <br />mylar approval for the Suncadia Social Plat. This Plat creates 25 detached residential <br />lots, 17 common wall lots and 1 large commercial tract with associated roadways. <br />The proposed lots range in size from .09 acres to 4.3acres . Staff reviewed the final <br />mylar with supporting documentation and finds that it is consistent with the <br />preliminary approval documents. The mylar has been reviewed by all reviewing <br />departments, and all signatures have been obtained. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Board of Commissioners, Community Development Services, Public Works, Public <br />Health, and Assessor’s Office. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Signature of the BOCC Chair on the mylar for final plat approval of the Suncadia <br />Social Plat (LPF-24-00001 & LP-24-00004). <br /> <br />HANDLING: Return signed mylar to staff for transmittal to authorized agent for Treasurer <br />signature and recording. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Final mylar for Suncadia Social Plat (LPF-24-00001 & LP-23-00004) <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager
