MAY 23, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chairman Laura <br />Osiadacz; Commissioner, Cory Wright (arrived at 8:15 a.m.). <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 8:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (b) To consider the <br />selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or <br />purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased price, for 10 minutes. No action was <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 8:10 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
