BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF A <br />SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT WITH KIfiITAS COUNTY CHAMBER OF COMMERCE FOR <br />coMMUNlrY DEVELOPMENT BLOCK GRANT (CDBG) PROGRAM <br />G E N E RAL PURPOSE G RANT M TCROENTE RPRISE ACCELERATOR PROJ ECT <br />REsoLUTToN No. zo24- 0,3 t <br />Whereas,Kittitas County has been awarded CDBG General Purpose funding through <br />Washington State Department of Commerce for the Microenterprise Accelerator <br />project, and <br />Whereas,Kittitas County and Washington State Department of Commerce will enter into an <br />agreement to fund the costs incurred for the Microenterprise Accelerator Project <br />from CDBG General Purpose funding, and <br />Whereas, The Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce is the subrecipient of this award <br />through the county; <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />authorizes the execution of the Subrecipient Agreement 2024-2027 CDBG GP Microenterprise <br />Accelerator with the Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce, attached hereto, and incorporated <br />herein by this reference. <br />APPROVED, this 7th day of May 2O24, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />K|TT|TAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />ABSENT <br />hair's <br />ce-Cha <br />c rk of th Board <br />ght, Commissioner
