This official action was taken during their April 2, 2024 Agenda Session. The Board of County Commissioners approved your event conditioned upon you providing the req uirements set forth in the memos attached from the Kittitas County Sheriff, Public Works Department and County Treasurer County a Certificate of an additional insured, in advance ofthe event this year. The approval was granted conditioned upon you complying with the memo's attached but additibhally that y6u comply with the ZdZ+ ndmissiohs Tax registration & remittance rules, following your event and by remitting by no later than 7131/2024' The Board of County Commissioners also granted your request for a waiver to Kittitas County Code Chapter 5.20.100 (Penal Bond - Bond of Indemnity). In accordance with Kittitas County Code Chapter 5.20.110, a copy of Ordinance No. 2009-22 must be posted in a conspicuous piace where your event is being held.
