<br />Call for sealed bids for Kittitas County Correctional Facility Parking Lot and the North Parking Lot Charging Station Project <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Sealed bids will be received by the Kittitas County Commissioner’s office located at 205 W 5th Ave, Suite 108, Ellensburg, WA 98926 until 11:00:59 A.M. Pacific Time on May 23, 2024, and there publicly opened and read. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Kittitas County Correctional Facility Parking Lot & The North Lot Charging Stations Project is a State and locally funded project that consists of demolition, grading, surfacing, paving, concrete curbs and sidewalks, storm drainage, irrigation, landscaping, illumination, EV charging stations, retaining walls and pavement markings. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Plans, specifications, and bid documents are available for electronic download at www.questcdn.com. Insert the eBidDoc #8604034 to download the digital documents for $22.00. Plans, specifications, and bid documents are also available at the office of SCJ Alliance, in Wenatchee at 25 North Wenatchee Avenue, Ste. 238, Wenatchee, WA 98801 upon payment of $50.00.  Contract documents are on file for inspection at the Kittitas County Commissioner’s Office. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />A bid bond in the amount of 5% of the bid shall accompany all bids.  All bids shall be marked “SEALED BID FOR Kittitas County Correctional Facility Parking Lot and the North Parking Lot Charging Station Project”, on the outside of the envelope. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />Bids must be completed on a lump sum and unit price basis as indicated on the BID PROPOSAL, and the total price shall be used for comparison of bids. The Kittitas County reserves the right to reject any or all bids for cause. Time for completion of the work is limited to 50 working days. The engineer’s estimated range for this project is $800,000 to $1,100,000. No bidder may withdraw their proposal after the hours set for the opening thereof, or before award of contract unless said award is delayed for a period exceeding forty-five (45) days. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />The Kittitas County is an equal opportunity employer.
