SUBRECIPIENT AGREEMENT <br />Between <br />Kittitas County and Kittitas County Chamber of Commerce <br />This Agreement is made between Kittitas County (herein called the Local Government) and Kittitas <br />County Chamber of Commerce (herein called Subrecipient) for the CDBG General Purpose Grant — <br />Microenterprise Accelerator Project (herein called the Project). This project will provide financial and <br />technical assistance to approximately 15 eligible microenterprises. Local Government Responsibilities <br />The Local Government is responsible for administration of the CDBG contract, and ensuring CDBG <br />funds are used in accordance with all program requirements [(24 CFR 570.501(b)] and its CDBG <br />contract with COMMERCE referenced above.
