APRIL 16, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; and Commissioner <br />Cory Wright. Excused: Vice-Chair Laura Osiadacz. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board and 2 members of the public. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – <br /> <br />Pat Kelleher, spoke about the homeless sites being considered and <br />provided an update on available funding. <br /> <br />Amy McGuffin, Chamber CEO thanked the Board for their support of <br />funding the Thorp Mill and said that the majority of the clean up is <br />complete. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending April 12, 2024. <br /> <br />NOISE WAIVER MORAN/RASMUSEN COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />Chairman Wachsmith moved to approve and authorize a Noise Ordinance <br />Waiver request from Mechelle & Trevor Moran/Kent & Annette Rasmusen <br />to host their annual family campout event located at 6481 Manastash <br />Road, Ellensburg, WA 98926 from May 23, 2023 – May 27, 2024 until <br />midnight on either Friday May 24, 2024 or Saturday May 25, 2024, but <br />not both nights, with the condition that they notify neighbors
