APRIL 11, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Vice-Chairman Laura Osiadacz; Commissioner, <br />Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Mark Cook, Public <br />Works Director; Josh Fredrickson, Public Works Director. <br /> <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 1:01 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (b) To consider the <br />selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or <br />purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased price, for 10 minutes. Action was <br />anticipated. <br /> <br />At 1:11 p.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session. No <br />action taken. <br /> <br />At 1:11 p.m. Vice-Chairman Osiadacz announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session under RCW 42.30.110 (b) To consider the <br />selection of a site or the acquisition of real estate by lease or <br />purchase when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of increased price, for 2 minutes.
