BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br /> <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. 2024-_______ <br /> <br />RESOLUTION TO ADOPT AMENDMENTS TO PARKING RATES <br />AT THE KITTITAS COUNTY FAIR <br /> <br />WHEREAS, The Kittitas County Fair Board has the authority to establish the various rates, discounts, <br />packages, policies, and procedures pertaining to the Kittitas County Fair (the Fair); and <br />WHEREAS, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners has the authority to ratify such <br />decisions by resolution; and <br />WHEREAS, the residents of Kittitas County benefit from having published rate structures and <br />procedures pertaining to the Fair; and <br />WHEREAS, the Fair Board has adjusted the parking structure for season-type parking passes; and <br />WHEREAS, the new parking rate sheet is attached hereto; and <br />WHEREAS, a Public Hearing is scheduled for April 2, 2024 for public comment; <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Board of County Commissioners of Kittitas <br />County, Washington, hereby adopts the proposed amendments to the Kittitas County Fair Parking Rates <br />effective on April 3, 2024, which is attached hereto and incorporated by reference. <br /> <br /> <br />DATED this __________ day of ____________________, 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br /> <br /> <br />ATTEST: BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br /> KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />_____________________________ <br />☐ Clerk of the Board __________________________________________ <br />☐ Deputy Clerk of the Board Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Vice-Chair <br /> <br /> __________________________________________ <br /> Commissioner <br />
