Ruby St., Suite 2, Ellensburg, WA 98926 <br />CDS@CO.KITTITAS.WA.US <br />Office (509) 962-7506 <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: April 2, 2024 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to set a public hearing for April 16, 2024 at 2:00 pm for the Board of <br />County Commissioners to consider the Suncadia Social Preliminary Plat (LP-23- <br />00004). <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: Lathan Wedin, authorized agent for Suncadia Resort, LLC, landowner, submitted <br />an application for a 42 lot plat with associated roadways, on approximately 11.3 <br />acres of land that is zoned Master Planned Resort. The proposed lots range in <br />size from .09 to 4.3 acres. In conjunction with this preliminary plat application, a <br />site development plan was submitted for Suncadia Social. <br /> <br />In conformance with the Seventh Amendment to the Suncadia Development <br />Agreement, Kittitas County Community Development Staff requests that the <br />Board of County Commissioners set a public hearing for April 16, 2024 at 2:00 <br />pm to hear public testimony and consider the Suncadia Social Preliminary Plat. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: Community Development Services and Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve request to set a public hearing for April 16, 2024 at 2:00 pm for BOCC <br />consideration of the Suncadia Social Plat. <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Jamey Ayling, Planning Manager
