(Effective: 03.01.24-06.30.24) <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br />The professional services agreement is to establish a subcontracted employment and day services <br />provider for people with developmental disabilities in Kittitas County per the county’s <br />responsibilities outlined in attachments. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br />Kittitas County Prosecutors: Reviewed and approved 03.11.24. <br />Kittitas County Auditors: Reviewed and approved 03.12.24. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br />The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement <br />between Ability and Kittitas County Public Health Department.
