BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COLINTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />No.2o24 c4s <br />TO AWARD THE BID TO FURIIISH CRACK SEALANT MATERIALS FOR 2024 <br />WHEREAS: A Notice of Call for Bids was approved and signed on February 6,2024,to <br />furnish Crack Sealant Materials for 2024; and <br />WHEREAS: Sealed bids were opened on February 22,2024, at2:00 p.m. in the Kittitas County <br />Public Works Office, and four (a) bids were received; and <br />WHEREAS: The Public Works Department recommends that the responsible bid of Maxwell <br />Products, Inc. for Schedule "A" be accepted; and <br />NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the <br />best interest of the public, does hereby award the bid for 2024 Crack Sealant Materials to <br />Maxwell Products, Inc. for Schedule "A",be accepted, upon such terms and conditions as <br />specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the County Engineer is authorized to sign the contract <br />documents upon such terms and conditions specified in the Proposal submitted by said bidder(s). <br />DATED this 5th day of Marc,h2024, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COLINTY ASHINGTON <br />Brett W Chairman <br />the Board- Julie Kjorsvik ABSENT <br />Laura O Vice-Chairman <br />n Deputy Clerk of the Board- Mandy Buchholz <br />cory
