KITTITAS COUNTY <br />FINANCE STUDY SESSION MINUTES <br />BOCC CONFERENCE ROOM, 205 WEST 5TH ROOM 108 - ELLENSBURG <br />Regular Meeting <br />LTHURSDAY 1:30 PM -7 February 15, 2024 <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith, Commissioner Cory Wright <br />Staff Present: Bryan Elliott, Auditor, Amy Cziske, Treasurer, Greg Zempel, Prosecutor <br />Kylee Wuesthoff, Reid Burbank, Zack DeHaven, Sue Patterson <br />Others: Terry Larue <br />1. Call to Order: 1:31 PM <br />2. Citizen Comments - none <br />3. Treasurer Investment Cash Flow Requirements <br />Kylee spoke regarding cash flow and investment pool deadlines. <br />4. Finance Consolidated- Public Works/Auditor Proposal - <br />Not addressed <br />5. Contract Extension: JRP Integrated Solutions, Rural Broadband Services <br />Zack DeHaven requested the board to approve the contract extension for JRP Integrated <br />Solutions. <br />Commissioner Wright motioned to approve the contract extension and Chairman <br />Wachsmith seconded the motion and the motion passes. <br />6. Enterprise Fleet Management- Update, Revised 2024 Expense Figures <br />Mr. Elliott apprised the board that the additional amount of $46,813 will be formalized on the Q1 <br />budget amendment towards the fleet management project. <br />Commissioner Wright moved to approve, Commissioner Wachsmith Seconded, and the <br />motion was approved unanimously. <br />7. SLFRF/ARPA UPDATE FIGURES <br />Zack DeHaven updated the remaining funds SLFRF (ARPA and LATCF). Total combined <br />awards were $11.8MM.
