The rocipicnt shall firmish thc neccssary personnel, equlprnent, mnterial <br />and/or serviccs, and/or othcrwise do all things nocessary for or incidental to the performance of the scopc of work set <br />forth hcrein. <br />Overall Goal: <br />The RECIPIENTs goal is to clean up road side litter and illegal dumps on county roads and public lands. Educate the <br />youth of the cornrnunity about littor prevcntion.
