Camtek shall provide SeMces as indicated below and in accordance with the attached Service Agreement Terms and
Conditions, work scope documents and special provisions which form a part of this Agreement:
Price: All forthe annualsum of (18,665.30) plus applicable taxes.

Galaxy Access Control Software Maintenance: $ 2,954.20 (lncludes 10 hours Labor forsoftvyare upgrade)

ONSSI Mdeo Sofrvvare Maintenance; I2,787.21 (lncludes 3 hours Labor for software upgrade)
Connected Camera Annual Testlng and Herdware Maintenance: $ 3,127.00
Annual Fire Alarm lnspection forthe Umptanum Road Facility: $ 195.00 (No Trip Charge for This tnspection)
Fire Alarm Hardware Mainienance for the Umptanum Road Facility: $ 490.00
The sum of $ 18,665.30 includes all hardware provided and installed by Camtek and lhe Galaxy and ONSSI
software. Maintenance of the computer hardware provided by Kittitas County is excluded from this contract, 'lhis
agreement is designed for the testing and maintenance of existing equipment. This contract does not cover tha
relocation, changing set-up, changing original features or funotions, modifica$ons or maior overhauls to existing
equipment softtlare. Additional joumeyman service wlll be billed at current rates, (1) round trip including mileage and
drive time ($ 692.14) and $ 140.00 per hour for onsite time.
Term: This Agreement shall begin on 6-1-2121and continue for a period of One (1) year.
