f't! <br />This Agreement is made by and between Kittitas County (hereinafter "the Gowtt/) <br />and DLR Group hereinafter "Contractor). The County and Contractor agree as follows: <br />General Cbnditions; Exhibit A (Scope of Work); Exhibit B (Compensalion); <br />Exhibit C (Proof of lnsurance). <br />copies of which are attached hereto and incorporated herein by this reference as fu[yas if <br />set forth herein. <br />The term of this Agreement shall commen@ on May 1 1, 2021, and continrc until <br />completion of the project.
