KITTITAS COUNTY <br />DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS <br />2024 AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br />AGENDA DATE: February 20, 2024 <br />ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Resolution Ratifying the Chair's <br />signature on the vehicle certificate of title releasing interest <br />in the manufactured home. <br />BACKGROUND: Resolution 2023-190 awarded the bid for manufactured <br />home, barn, arena, and garage demolition to Skycorp, Ltd <br />for removal of improvements on Flood Control owned <br />property. The resolution also authorized Water Resource <br />Manager to execute a contract for these services. In order <br />for Skycorp, Ltd to remove the manufactured home, <br />signature is required on the vehicle certificate of title <br />releasing interest in the manufactured home. The Chair's <br />signature on the certificate of title needs to be ratified. <br />INTERACTION: Public Works. <br />RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Resolution Ratifying the Chair's signature on <br />the vehicle certificate of title•releasing interest in the <br />manufactured home. <br />HANDLING: Return one original to Public Works. <br />ATTACHMENTS: Resolution. <br />LEAD STAFF: Arden Thomas, Water Resource Manager. <br />
