FEBRUARY 12, 2024 <br /> <br />Board members present: Chairman Brett Wachsmith; Vice-Chair Laura <br />Osiadacz and Commissioner Cory Wright. <br /> <br />Others: Mandy Buchholz, Office Administrator; Julie Kjorsvik, Clerk <br />of the Board; Debbie Stanavich, Administrative Assistant; Stephanie <br />Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy Prosecutor and one member of the public. <br /> <br />REGULAR MEETING OFFICE STAFF MEETING COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:00 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith opened the Office Administration <br />meeting. <br /> <br />PUBLIC COMMENT – NONE. <br /> <br />CALENDAR WEEK AT A GLANCE COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed their weekly calendar. <br /> <br />PAF/VOUCHERS REVIEW OF PAF’S & VOUCHERS COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners approved and signed County <br />Employee Personnel Action forms and vouchers. <br /> <br />CORRESPONDENCE LOG REVIEW OF CORRESPONDENCE LOG COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />The Board of County Commissioners reviewed the weekly Correspondence <br />Log, a listing of all incoming mail and correspondence for the week <br />ending February 9, 2024. <br /> <br />EXECUTIVE SESSION LITIGATION COMMISSIONERS <br /> <br />At 9:10 a.m. Chairman Wachsmith announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session with Stephanie Hartung, Chief Civil Deputy <br />Prosecutor under RCW 42.30.110 (i) To discuss with legal counsel <br />representing the agency matters relating to agency enforcement <br />actions, or to discuss with legal counsel representing the agency <br />litigation or potential litigation to which the agency, the <br />governing body, or a member acting in an official capacity is, or is <br />likely to become, a party, when public knowledge regarding the <br />discussion is likely to result in an adverse legal or financial <br />consequence to the agency, for 5 minutes. Action was anticipated. <br /> <br />At 9:15 a.m. the Board reconvened out of Executive Session.
