a <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE EXECUTION OF AMENDMENT A <br />WITH FRIENDS IN SERVICE TO HUMANITY AGREEMENT 2021.2022 CDBG-SR <br />RESoLUiloN NO. 2024-0ab <br />Whereas,Kittitas County and Washington State Department of Commerce entered into an <br />agreement via Resolution2O22-O45 for CDBG Public Services Grant 2L-622L0-O3O <br />to aid Friends in Service to Humanity (FISH-Ellensburg) with the Food Bank and <br />Food Pantry Expansion; and <br />Whereas,Washington State Department of Commerce has provided Amendment Number A <br />to amend Contract Number 21-62210-030 to replace special terms and conditions <br />#3 acknowledgement of federal funding and add special terms and conditions #21 <br />Build America, Buy America requirements; and <br />Whereas,Kittitas County signed subrecipient agreement 202'J,-2022 CDBG-SR with Friends <br />in Service to Humanity (FISH) to accomplish the scope of service and objectives of <br />the local CDBG Project - Food Bank and Food Bank Expansion; and <br />Whereas, <br />Whereas, <br />A correction in language regarding the county administrative fee is needed, and <br />An amendment is required to update the subrecipient agreement with FISH, <br />NOW, THEREFORE, BE lT RESOLVED, the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />authorizes the execution of Amendment A with FISH Agreem ent2O2L-2O22 CDBG-SR <br />APPROVED, this 6th day of February 2024, at Ellensburg, Washington <br />Page 1 of 2
