Discuss/Consider Board Signature on Letter of Support for Kittitas County Water District #7 <br />Ms. Smith reviewed the letter of support. Motion by Brett Wachsmith, seconded by Laura Osiadacz, unanimous <br />to sign. <br />4. Discuss/Consider Board Signature on Letters of Support for FISH Food Pantry <br />Ms. Smith reviewed the letter of support. Motion by Brett Wachsmith, seconded by Laura Osiadacz, unanimous <br />to sign. <br />5. Update re 2021 Financial Audit <br />Mr. Carlson provided an updated, noting the expected publication date of March 15th. <br />6. Preliminary Year-End 2022 Financial Data <br />Mr. Carlson reviewed preliminary year-end finances. <br />7. Review and Analysis of 2022 Funds Carried-Forward to 2023 <br />Mr. Carlson provided a detailed analysis of expenses-under-budget and revenues-over-budget for year-ending <br />2022, and the implications to future budgets and budgeting methods. <br />8. Fund Balance Analysis: review of select funds, sources/uses, and 2023 balances <br />Mr. Carlson provided an updated review of countywide fund balances and their trends and authorized uses. <br />9.
