Call to Order – 9am <br />2. Citizen Comments (1 min. time limit) - none <br />3. Treasury Office Updates <br />Ms. Cziske and Ms. Wuesthoff reviewed treasury and investment reports <br />4. ARPA Summary and History <br />Mr. Carlson provided an update of expenses, appropriations, and remaining balances for ARPA <br />receipts. <br />5. Kittitas County Historical Society - ARPA Request Update <br />Ms. Thayer presented the Museum’s request for funding. The Board directed staff to proceed with <br />the request, including drafting of an award contract and amending the 2023 budget. <br />6. Airport Budget Amendments <br />Mr. Carlson reviewed the Airport grants-match requests totaling $405K. BOCC directed that these be <br />reflected in the next budget amendment resolution. <br />7. 2022 Audit Update <br />Mr. Carlson provided an updated, noting that this year’s statements will likely be submitted before the <br />SAO deadline. <br />8. Washington County Risk Pool - Annual Conference <br />Mr. DeHaven reviewed the WCRP conference, noting items of interest to the County’s risk <br />management program and its related costs <br />9.
