LAW & JU$TICE GRANT AGRHEMENT FOR 2024 GRANT FUNDS BETWEEN Kittitas County and Hopesource Grant #24-0J This Coniract, effective January 1,2024, is made and entered into by and between KITTITASCOUNTY ("County"), a subdivision of the $taie of Washington, and HOpESOU]?CE (Agency). wHEREA$, the purpose of this Agreement is to provide an agreement for the award of grant funds,which are used for special prgjects to foiter cooperation, sharing df resources and enhancement of theuiminaljustice project within Kittitas County, and WHEREAS, on November 21, 2023, the Board of County Commissioners adopted Resolution2A23-195 awarding the funds. NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of the terms and conditions contained herein, or attachedand incorporated and made a part hereof, the County and the Agency mutually atr.e as follows: . a. As full compensation for the Agency's Services, the County agrees to pay Agency the sum of TwoThousand Five Hundred Dollars and No Cents ($A,SOO.OO;.
