PROFESSIONAL SERVIC AGREEMENT RENEWAL
A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") was made and entered into by
and between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services on the 14tl'of December, 2020 for a period
of thirty (30) days, with the option to renew upon agreement of the Parties.
The Parlies do so desire to renew the tems of the Agreement, which is attached hereto and
incorporated by reference, for a new thirty (30) day period. The new expiration date for this
Agreement shall be February 14,2021. All other terms and conditions of the original Agreement
remain unchanged. This Agreement is subject to renewal for additional successive periods upon
the written consent of the Parties.

PROF'ESSI ONAL SERVICES AGREEME,RENEWAL
A Professional Services Agreement (hereinafter, the "Agreement") was made and entered into by
and between Kittitas County and 509 Facility Services on the l4th of December, 2020 for a period
of thirty (30) days, with the option to renew upon agreement of the parlies.
