Home My WebLink AboutRES 2023-231BOARD OF COLIIITY COMMISSIONERS cotINTY OF KITTITAS STATE OF WASHINGTON RESOLUTION NO. 2023 -a3l ADOPTING OX'KITTITAS COUNTY PUBLIC WORIG MONTHLY EQUIPMENT RENTAL RATES PURSUANT TO REVISED CODE OF'WASHINGTON 36.33A.040 FOR 2024 WHEREAS: Kiffitas County Public Works is required to maintain an Equipment Rental and Replacement Fund (Fund 501) pursuant to Revised Code of Washington (RCW) 36.334.10; and WHEREAS: The basis of Equipment Rental was set to monthly rates per Resolution 2018-086; and WHEREAS: Equipment Rental Rates shall be subject to annual review by the Legislative body pursuant to RCW 36.334.40; and WHEREAS: Monthly Equipment Rental Rates for 2024 are hereto attached to this Resolution as Exhibit "A"; and NOW' THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, in the best interest of the public, does hereby adopt the monthly Equipment Rental Rates for 2024 within Kiffitas County Fund 501.
