AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Set a Public Hearing for January 2, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. to
review the final project performance on the Washington
State Department of Commerce CDBG - Coronavirus
Grant Funding.
BACKGROUND: As part of the grant funding requirements for the Washington
State Department of Commerce, Community Development Block
Grant – Coronavirus (CV1 & CV2), the Board of County
Commissioners are to conduct a Public Hearing to review the final
project performance and close out reports. There are 3 projects
that need to be considered including the Kittitas County Chamber
of Commerce, HopeSource, and Comprehensive Healthcare.
INTERACTION: Dora Van Epps, Accountant II, has requested a Public Hearing to
be scheduled for January 2, 2024, to consider the close out
reports.
RECOMMENDATION:
Set a Public Hearing to be held on Tuesday January 2, 2024, at
2:00 p.m. to consider public comments on the three CDBG – CV1
& CV2 contract close out reports.
