AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the 2nd Annual Renewal of the 2021-2022
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc. renewing this
Agreement until December 31, 2024.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Sheriff's Office has had an agreement with
Allpaid, Inc. (formerly GovPay) since 2015 for processing of bail payments made by
credit card. This will be the 2nd renewal of the Agreement signed July 6, 2021 for
revenue sharing of service fees collected by Allpaid Inc., associated with bail
transactions. There are no changes in terms other than extending the expiration date.
INTERACTION: This Professional Services Agreement was reviewed and approved by
the Kittitas County Prosecutor's Office.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the 2nd Annual Renewal of the 2021-2022
Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas County and Allpaid, Inc. renewing this
Agreement until December 31, 2024.
HANDLING: Please return one original back to the Sheriff's Office.
