SECOND ANNUAL RENEWAL OF 2021-2022
PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT
This Second Annual Renewal of the 2021-2022 Professional Services Agreement ("Renewal") is by and between
Kittitas County ("County") and AIIPaid, Inc. ("Contractor") to renew that Professional Services Agreement by
between Contractor and County, effective August 16, 2021 ("Agreement').
FOR GOOD AND VALUABLE CONSIDERATION, the parties agree as follows:
Agreement Renewed. The Agreement is renewed, as provided therein, until December 31, 2024.
2. Execution. This Renewal may be executed in counterparts, each of which when so executed and delivered shall
be an original and all of which together shall constitute one original document. Delivery of an electronically
imaged signature of this Renewal by electronically imaged or facsimile transmission will be effective as delivery
of a manually executed original for all purposes.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties hereto have executed this Renewal by their duly authorized representatives or
agents as of the date written below.
