AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve the Professional Services Agreement
between Kittitas County and Day Wireless.
BACKGROUND: The purpose of this Professional Services Agreement between Kittitas
County Sheriffs Office and Day Wireless is to install, service, and maintain the
specialized equipment of the Sheriff s Office's vehicles.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecuting Attorney's Office has reviewed and
approved this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Professional Services Agreement between
Kittitas County and Day Wireless.
HANDLING: Please return originals to Sheriff Office for obtaining remaining
signatures. Upon receipt a fully executed original will be sent to BOCC.
