KITTITAS COUNTY <br />Board of County Commissioners <br /> <br />AGENDA STAFF REPORT <br /> <br />AGENDA DATE: <br />December 19, 2023 <br /> <br />ACTION REQUESTED: . <br />Request to Approve a Notice of Call for Sealed Bids for the Removal <br />and Recycling of Lead Acid Batteries. <br /> <br /> <br />BACKGROUND: <br /> Annually, Kittitas County Solid Waste goes out to bid for Lead Acid <br />Battery Recycling services in accordance with specifications. <br /> <br /> Bids are scheduled to be opened on January 5th, 2024, at 4:00pm at <br />the Solid Waste Department. <br /> <br />INTERACTION: <br /> The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed the bid documents. <br /> <br />RECOMMENDATION: <br /> Move to approve Notice of Sealed Bids for the Removal and <br />Recycling of Lead Acid Batteries. <br /> <br />HANDLING: <br /> Original – Clerk of the Board <br /> Return one (1) copy to Solid Waste <br /> <br />ATTACHMENTS: Notice of Call for Sealed Bids, Bid Packet <br /> <br />LEAD STAFF: Patti Stacey Solid Waste/ Facilities Director. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />
