AGENDA STAFF REPORT
AGENDA DATE: December 19, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Approve an Agreement between the City of Kittitas and
Kittitas County to provide Library Services to County
Residents for the Year 2024.
BACKGROUND: The Kittitas County Board of Commissioners approved
$9,500.00 in the 2024 budget for the City of Kittitas to
provide library services to County residents living outside
the City limits for the period January 1, 2024, through
December 31, 2024.
INTERACTION: The Agreement was previously approved by the
Prosecutors office (#10098), and the budget amount has
been verified with Zack DeHaven, Accountant II.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and authorize the Board to sign an Agreement
between Kittitas County and the City of Kittitas to provide
library services to County residents in the amount of
$9,500.00 for the period beginning January 1, 2024,
through December 31, 2024.
HANDLING: 1 – Copy Clerk of the Board
2 originals to City of Kittitas for signature
Original to Clerk of the Board and a copy to the Auditor’s
office upon fully executed Agreement.

& the City of Kittitas.
