ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 16. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2023, through December 31,
2024)
BACKGROUND:
The Consolidated Contract Amendment 16 Amends the following:
Amends Statements of Work for the following programs:
• COVID-19 Gap Funding- Effective July 1, 2023
• Executive Office of Resiliency and Health Security- Effective January 1, 2022
• Office of Drinking Water Group A Program- Effective January 1, 2022
• Office of Immunization COVID-19 Vaccine- Effective January 1, 2022
• Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program- Education-Effective January 1, 2022
Exhibit B-16 Allocations, attached and incorporated by this reference, amends, and replaces
Exhibit B-15 Allocations as follows:
Increase of $238,815 for a revised maximum consideration of $5,926,202.00
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved November 13, 223
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved on November 15, 2023.
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves the signature of the Public Health Director on the
Consolidated Contract Amendment 16. (Effective Dates: January 1, 2023, through December 31,
2024)
