ACTION REQUESTED:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County Public Health and HopeSource. (Effective date: 10/15/2022 – End Date:
06/30/2024)
BACKGROUND:
This PSA is to contract with HopeSource to coordinate housing in local hotels/motels and basic
needs for individuals and families who are under isolation or quarantine orders due to COVID -
19 and are not able to safely remain at their residence or are currently experiencing
homelessness. (This contract replaces the one previous one approved by BOCC in May of 2023-
but not fully executed by contractor)
INTERACTION:
Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 11/13/2023
Kittitas County Auditor’s Office: Reviewed and approved 11/15/2023
RECOMMENDATION:
The Board of County Commissioners approves and signs the Professional Service Agreement
between Kittitas County Public Health and HopeSource. (Effective date: 10/15/2022 – End Date:
06/30/2024)
