RESOLUTION NO. 2023-_______
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING AMENDMENT OF THE OCTOBER 2023 COLD
WEATHER SHELTER CONTRACT WITH KITTITAS VALLEY MINISTERIAL
ASSOCIATION
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Kittitas Valley Ministerial Association a 502c(3) private
non-profit organization in collaboration with HopeSource, entered into a contract
for the Cold Weather Shelter on October 3, 2023; and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Kittitas Valley Ministerial Association desire to amend
the terms of the contract; and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and the Kittitas Valley Ministerial Association desire to remove
HopeSource as a contract recipient; and
WHEREAS, Kittitas County and Kittitas Valley Ministerial Association desire to add
Ellensburg Foursquare Church as a contract recipient.
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, The Kittitas County Board of County
Commissioners authorizes execution of the attached contract amendment with
Kittitas Valley Ministerial Association in collaboration with Ellensburg
Foursquare Church, all other terms and conditions of the October 3, 2023
agreement shall remain in full force and effect.
