WHEREAS: the team has maintained an average GPA of 3.950 throughout their season and the Kittitas CountyBoard of commissioners would like to recognize ihe following athletes on the EHS cross country Team for theiracademic achievement which includes Joseph Fromherz, Davii Hammond, Mystic Hammond, Leif Holmgren, KadenMattson, Brody Michael, Dominic Scappini, Mac Steele, Dan Sullivan, Jeremy Wallace; and <br />WHEREAS: the Cross Country team has a philosophy of the three C's that include: Character to do their best inall areas of their lives. They are honest and dependable. bonfident yet humble and displays good sportsmanship. Anddemonstrates good character even when no one is looking. commiiment of giving ttreir uesi effort consistently overtime' They know the p,rocess of striving forexcellence is-what gives running meaning. They live a life a lifestyleconducive to high performance; good nutrition, sleep, avoiding"alcoholand"clrugs. c"ommunity creates a unique teamidentity where everyone is welcome, and no hazingoccurs.
