AGENDA DATE: November 21, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve a Professional Services Agreement
between Capellas Consulting & Reconstruction and Kittitas County.
BACKGROUND: Stephen Capellas shall facilitate a PIT Instructor’s course for the
Kittitas County Sheriff’s Office (the “Host”) and other invited agencies on November 27,
2023. The course is to be held at Bower’s Field in Ellensburg and will utilize KCSO
vehicles.
INTERACTION: The Kittitas County Prosecutor’s Office has reviewed and approved
this agreement.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve a Professional Services Agreement between Capellas
Consulting & Reconstruction and Kittitas County.
HANDLING: Please return 1 signed original to KCSO.
