AGENDA DATE: November 21, 2023
ACTION REQUESTED: Request to Approve and Execute a Resolution Specifying Funding for
the MOU between Superior Court and Merit Resources for 2024.
BACKGROUND: On November 7, 2023, the BOCC executed Resolution No. 2023-189
which funded the Superior Court Drug Court program for services by
Merit Resources. That Resolution contained a scriber’s error which
funded for 2023 and not 2024. This Amended Resolution fixes that
error.
INTERACTION: The Prosecutor’s office has reviewed and approved the proposed
Resolution.
RECOMMENDATION: Approve and Execute a Resolution which amends Resolution No.
2023-189, which specifies funding for the MOU between Superior
Court and Merit Resources for 2024.
